2. The applicant/respondent No. 3 has moved this application for permission to deposit the enhanced compensation amount, along with the interest thereon, in the Court within two weeks. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No. 3 submitted that a Cheque is ready and he is going to deposit the same by 20.06.2025.

Having considered the same, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to deposit the cheque in court by 20.06.2025. It is made clear that no further time will be granted. 5.

On perusal of the judgment and order dated 02.08.2024 in F.A. No. 1110/2023, it appears that in paragraph 10 of the judgment, this Court has observed that the appellant is entitled to withdraw the compensation amount and no further application will be required. It also appears that the applicant is a resident of Darwha, District Yavatmal. Therefore, for the convenience of the appellant and the disbursement of the amount, it would be proper

2 8caf1819.2025..odt to transfer the compensation amount to the reference court. Thus, after encashment of the cheque amount, the Registry is directed to transfer the amount to the reference Court, Darwha, District Yavatmal, within two weeks.

After receipt of the amount by the reference Court, the amount shall be transferred to the account of the appellant by NEFT/RTGS, within two weeks thereafter, on his furnishing the details of his bank account.
