The learned Government Pleader has pointed out that no representation has been made and as such no mandamus can be issued.
3.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that in the body of petition a representation made on 10/11/2017 has been pointed out. We find that the said representation is not by the petitioner. Not only this, but the report in response to which action is sought has come thereafter i.e. on 2nd January, 2018.

We, therefore, grant the petitioner leave to make appropriate representation. If such representation is made within two weeks from today, the respondent No.2 shall look into it as per law, within next six weeks.
5.
We dispose of the writ petition accordingly. No costs.
