DATED : 25-06-2025 The applicants/appellants have moved this application to issue directions to the registry to disburse the amount of compensation deposited by respondent No. 3, along with accrued interest thereon, in favour of power of attorney Dadarao Ramrao Kale i.e. applicant No. 2, for which the learned Advocate for respondent No. 3 has given no objection. 2.

On perusal of the judgment dated 16-07-2024 in First Appeal No. 623 of 2024, it seems that the appeal was partly allowed and respondent No. 3 was directed to deposit the same. Also ordered that, upon deposit of the amount, the appellants were permitted to withdraw it, and no further application is required. However, by this application, the applicants/ appellants are seeking direction as stated above. Perusal of the Power of Attorney, it appears that other applicants have given authority to applicant No.2 to collect the cheque of compensation amount on their behalf and perform the necessary act to deposit the same into their bank accounts.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and the power of attorney, the application is disposed of as under :

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the compensation amount as per the judgment of this Court into the respective bank accounts of all the applicants/appellants, within four weeks upon their furnishing their bank account details to the registry.
