Heard.

The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Government Resolution dated 3rd February, 2009. It was the contention of the petitioner that for implementation of the IHSDP Scheme, which is popularly known as "Gharkul" Scheme, the State Government was not contributing its share and, as such, the scheme Could not be completed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record the communication dated 5.2.2015 addressed by the Executive Engineer Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) stating therein that out of the sanctioned

2 10.06.pil.47.11. 207 dwelling units, 98 are completed, 26 units are in progress, whereas 83 have not yet been completed. It is further stated in the said communication that in its meeting held under the Chairmanship of Principal Secretary (Housing) on 22nd January, 2015 it was proposed to delete 83 dwelling units. Thus, it could be seen that 98 units are complete and 26 are in progress..
