The main allegations of assault by means of iron rod are against co-accused Vishal Bhagat. The role ascribed to the applicant is limited, i.e. of beating by fist blows and kicks. Having regard to these facts, applicant'

s liberty can be protected. In view of that following order is passed.

(i) Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of.

(ii) The ad-interim order dated

Order 0710aba558.21 27.08.2021 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions.

(iii) The applicant/accused shall continue to attend the police station till the filing of the charge sheet or for a period of 60 days, which ever is earlier.
