DATE : 24.08.2015 By this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent no.1 - Corporation at Mumbai and the Depot Manager, Panvel to protect the services of the petitioner. The petitioner is not challenging the order of the Scrutiny Committee and only seeks the protection of his services. The writ petition would lie at the Principal Seat and not at the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition so that the same could be filed at the Principal Seat.

Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
