Civil Application No.1584/2019 Heard.

The controversy in this petition relates to the age of superannuation, whether it should be 60 or 62 years. The petitioner, by virtue of interim order dated 4.3.2019, is already working on the post on the condition which is mentioned in the interim order passed by this Court. We, therefore, direct the respondents to process the claim of the petitioner for pension and all the retiral benefits as if the petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of 60 years and the pendency of the petition shall not come in the way of the parties. If the petitioner ultimately succeeds, readjustment of the amount of pension can be done.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
