DATED : 06/06/2019 CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1821/2014 By Civil Application No.1821/2014, the respondent has prayed that the legal representative of workman- Shri Nagesh Pralhad Gajbhiye be permitted to come on record. It is pointed out that subsequently Civil Application No. 1424 of 2018 is filed by the respondent praying that legal representatives of five deceased workmen, including the legal representatives of Shri Nagesh Pralhad Gajbhiye, be permitted to come on record. Learned advocate for the respondent has submitted that in view of filing of Civil Application No. 1424 of 2018, Civil Application No. 1821 of 2014 is not pressed.

Civil Application No. 1821 of 2014 is disposed as not pressed, accordingly.

This application will have to be considered at the time of final hearing. Order accordingly.
