DATED : NOVEMBER 21, 2019 After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Ramteke, learned counsel holding for Mr.Kashid, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the non applicant for quite sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that since applicant has not challenging the order dated 23.10.2018 passed by the learned Judge, Labour Court, Akola below Exhibit C/5 in Criminal Complaint ULP no. 23/2017, permission be granted to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court.

Looking to the nature of grievance made by the learned counsel for the applicant, application is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for.
