The petitioner has challenged the interim order passed by the Industrial Court by which the prayer of the petitioner to grant stay to the order seeking to transfer him from Amravati to Bijudhawadi is not granted.

Learned A.G.P. has placed on record copy of order issued by the Assistant Director of Health Services on 9th October, 2017 by which the request of the petitioner is considered. The learned Advocate for the petitioner has submitted that in view of above referred order dated 9th October, 2017 the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The petition is disposed of accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.

As it is stated that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive, Complaint ULP No.46/2017

2 wp3683.17 filed by the petitioner and pending before the Industrial Court, Amravati also stands disposed of. The petitioner shall produce copy of this order before the Industrial Court, Amravati within two weeks.
