Criminal Application (APPA) No.544/2019:

The applicant is sentenced to three years rigorous imprisonment for offence punishable under Section 354(a) and 509 of IPC and Section 12 of the Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2] Considering the nature of accusations and the

apeal392.19.O.odt reasoning of the trial Court and the fact that the sentence is of relatively of short duration and is suspended by the trial Court, this application is allowed. The substantive sentence is suspended.

4] The accused be released on bail on same terms and conditions as in trial Court. The accused shall attend every date of hearing of appeal.
