Admittedly, the learned counsel has not filed any revision before the Sessions Court nor the order issuing process is filed before this Court. That being so, in view of availability of alternate efficacious remedy of filing revision before the Sessions Court, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application (APL) No. 431/2015 is rejected, reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to file revision before the Sessions Court.
