2] By the impugned order, the Hon'ble Minister has remitted the matter to the Deputy Commissioner (Supplies) for conducting an enquiry regarding allegations against the petitioner in the matter of illegalities committed in distribution of ration. While directing issuance of notice, by order dated 17th June 2019, this Court directed that there shall be interim order and the ration shop of the petitioner shall continue until further orders. Learned A.G.P., on instructions, states that the enquiry as directed by the Hon'ble Minister would be completed till 30th August, 2019. 3] In the above facts, I am not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister. Interim arrangement as directed by the order dated 17th June, 2019 shall continue till further orders are passed in

2 wp4060.19 the matter by the Deputy Commissioner (Supplies). Needless to say that the Deputy Commissioner (Supplies) shall complete the enquiry within one month as assured and shall pass appropriate orders in the matter immediately on completion of the enquiry.

The petition is disposed in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
