2] This is the second bail application. The earlier bail application came to be dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 14/02/2020 passed in Criminal Application (BA) No. 93/2020, when this Court was not inclined to allow the same.

3] Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is in jail since 05/02/2019, and yet, charge is not framed before the trial Court.

4] This Court finds it a fit case to grant liberty to the applicant to approach this Court again, if the trial does not commence within three months.
