26/10/ It appears that this Court vide order dated 21/10/2021 directed to deposit costs of Rs.1000/- to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur. However, neither paper book is filed nor costs is paid.

As such, four weeks time granted by way of last chance to deposit the costs as well as to file private paper book. Failure to which, appeal stands dismissed without reference to the Court.
