DATE : April 04, 2016 Prayer is to condone the delay in filing the first appeal. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the application. The application is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for non-applicant Nos.1 and 2. It is submitted that the reasons assigned are not sufficient.

Considering the averments made in paragraphs 2 and 3, the delay in filing the first appeal is condoned subject to costs of Rs.2000/- to be paid by the applicant to the non-applicant No.1 within a period of four weeks from today.

Civil application is allowed and disposed of. C.A.F. No.2649 of 2015 As the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation, the ad interim stay granted on 20/10/2015 shall operate as interim stay during pendency of the appeal.
