DATED : 11-06-2025 The applicant/original respondent No. 3 has filed this application for permission to deposit the awarded amount of Rs. 3,06,737/- within two weeks, for which the learned AGP has no objection. In view of the above, the application is allowed and disposed of. The applicant is permitted to deposit the amount in court till 18.06.2025.

On deposit of the amount, the same shall be paid to the appellant as per para 10 of the Judgment dated 01.08.2024 in First Appeal No. 769/2024.
