The learned counsel Shri S.V. Sirpurkar states that leave be granted to withdraw this application which seeks to assail the order dated 3.5.2019 whereby custody of the minor victim was handed over to the Child Welfare Committee, Jalgaon. Shri S.V. Sirpurkar, however, submits that liberty may be reserved to renew the application for handing over the custody to the applicants herein after the entire evidence in Sessions Trial 36 of 2016 is recorded. Considering the reasons which weighted with the learned Sessions Judge in handing over the custody to the Child Welfare Committee, the submission of Shri S.V. Sirpurkar is reasonable.

The applicants shall be at liberty to renew the request for custody after the entire evidence in the said Sessions trial is over.
