Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment and order dated 24.09.2025, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4262 of 2024, prayer clause (i) of this petition is not pressed and the petition be continued only with respect to prayer clause (ii).

As regards prayer clause (ii), learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2, upon instructions, makes a statement that a fresh proposal for grant of salary to the petitioner for the post of

2 38. WP 4278 of 2023.odt junior college teacher on which he has allegedly worked will be submitted to respondent No.4 within a period of four weeks. 4.

In case a fresh proposal is submitted, respondent No.4Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Wardha, is entitled to decide it within a period of six weeks.
