Shri N.R. Saboo, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the writ petition has been filed claiming pension. However, the petitioner expired about four years back and though he has informed the children on number of occasions since long, they do not respond or attend to the proceedings.

We accept this statement made by Shri N.R. Saboo, learned counsel for the petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.

Rule is discharged. No costs.
