The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of her caste claim and till then protection of service. This Court has, on 14.6.2017 while issuing notice, protected it. 3.

The reply filed by respondent no.1-Committee shows that papers received by it for scrutiny are not traceable. Nobody appears for respondent no.2-employer.

In this situation, we direct petitioner to submit copies available with her for use of respondent no.1. Copies shall be made available to respondent no.1 within four weeks from today. The respondent no.1 shall thereafter attempt to complete verification as per law, within next one year. 5.

Interim orders granted by this Court on 14.6.2017 shall continue till then and shall be subject to it.

Thus, Writ Petition is partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
