After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers as well as the fact that five witnesses are already examined and trial is at the fag end, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial. 4.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

Considering that the five witnesses are already examined by the prosecution and since December, 2023 none of the witnesses examined. The prosecution

37.ba.570.24.odt shall take effective steps to examine the witnesses. On failure to examine the remaining witnesses within three months, liberty is granted to the present applicant to move the application before the trial Court.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
