DATED : 27th August, 2019 In order to implement the direction given by this Court in the judgement delivered on 26-07-2018, it is necessary to take out the visa of minor child Raajveer. The passport is with the father of the child. Therefore, it is open for him to take out visa and we expect him to immediately take steps to complete the formalities. When we say immediately means immediately, without wasting any time. If the father of the minor child is unable to take out visa, he should immediately handover the passport to the mother of the child, who shall take necessary step for obtaining the

FCA No.42 of 2018 visa of the minor child and we expect the father of child to provide co-operation, whenever it is required. Put up this matter on 03-09-2019.

The application for modification for the order, shall be considered, only after the compliance of this order, is reported to this Court.
