While granting bail vide order dated 27.09.2017 this court directed that the applicant shall not enter the territorial limit of town Deoli.

The applicant is seeking modification of said condition. The son of the applicant is suffering from Sickle Cell. Apart from the said illness, the submission is that since the applicant is not in a position to meet his son, the psychological and emotional development is affected. The apprehension of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri Thakare that the applicant may influence the victim can be taken care of by directing the applicant not to make any attempt to contact the victim or any other witness. Needless to say, serious note shall be taken if this direction is disobeyed.
