Heard Shri Kavimandan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the application filed by the applicant/respondent Nos.1 & 2 under Section 41-D of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act for removal of the petitioner from the trust has been decided by the Joint Charity Commissioner on 17/07/2018 and, therefore, he seeks leave of this Court, on instructions, to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the disputes raised in this petition in a dispute or a petition to be raised or filed by the petitioner.

Leave with liberty, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
