For the reasons recorded separately, Criminal Application is allowed. First Information Report No.119/2019 dated 11/04/2019 registered by Police Station, Dahihanda, District-Akola is quashed and set aside, subject to applicant and complainant jointly depositing amount of` Rs.15,000/- as cost within three weeks from today with the Registry of this Court. On depositing the said amount, Registry of this Court shall transfer the same to Police Welfare Fund, Akola.
