By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction for grant of No Objection Certificate for filling up vacant posts in the institution conducted by it. By the order dated 29.01.2019, the Joint Director of Higher and Technical Education was pleased to allow filling up of four vacant posts out of the total five vacant posts.

Since no objection from the State Government was necessary and the same was not being granted, the petitioners are filed the present writ petition.

After issuance of notice, reply has been filed on behalf of respondent no.4 and in para 4 thereof, it has been stated that No Objection Certificate for filling up four posts would be granted on completion of due procedure. It is also stated that the entitlement of the petitioner to fill in the four vacant posts as on

In view of aforesaid, on the due procedure being complied with by the petitioner, the necessary No Objection Certificate shall be issued by the respondent nos.1 to 3 expeditiously.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
