DATED : 06-09-2021 The applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime 124/2020 registered with Police Station, Talodhi, Tahsil Nagbhid, District Chandrapur for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The earlier application was withdrawn since this Court (Coram : Mrs. Swapna Joshi, J.) was not inclined to grant bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that this application is restricted to medical ground since the applicant is diagnosed with HIV-AIDS.

I have perused the medical report which states that the patient is completely fit and is taking ART medicines regularly and that he is provided with high protein diet and necessary medicines by the jail authorities. In view of the medical report, no case is made out to release the applicant on bail.

The application is dismissed.
