The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the prosecution has deleted Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act from the present crime. Since the other offences are bailable, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. In view of the above, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
