The Petitioner has filed this petition for appointment to the post of 'tap water supply employee' with the Grampanchayat Junona, District - Wardha. An advertisement was published on 21 June 2019, calling applications for appointment as 'tap water supply employee', the qualifications enumerated in the advertisement were permanent residents of village Junona; educational qualification of 8th Standard passed and experience KOLHE
2 / 2 53-WP 2774.2020 certificate. Since the Petitioner was not selected and Respondent No.5 was appointed, present petition is filed. 3.
Reply-affidavit is filed, in which it is stated that Petitioner did not submit 8th class mark-sheet and experience certificate along with the application and thereafter, Respondent No.5 was appointed by passing a resolution.

The representation dated 10 July 2019 annexed to the petition shows that the Petitioner along with the representation supplied all the necessary documents. Meaning thereby, he did not submit requisite certificate at the time of selection process. That being the position, no fault can be found with the action of Respondents in not appointing the Petitioner. Since the Petitioner was not eligible to be appointed in the said recruitment process, challenge to the appointment of Respondent No.5 is academic. 5.
Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
