The application is for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers and the investigation papers which shows that since the date of offence, the applicant is absconding and several efforts are taken by the investigating agency to find out the present applicant. Even the certificate of the Sarpanch of the village shows that the applicant has left along with his family and therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
