The applicants have sought to condone the delay of 625 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 11/04/2017 passed by Reference Court in L.A.C. No.77/2010. Learned Counsel for the appellants states that the appellants shall not claim interest for the delayed period i.e. 625 days.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned subject to that appellants shall not be entitled for interest for the delayed period of 625 days.

The civil application stands disposed of.
