Heard learned counsel for applicant. This is an application for restoration of the writ petition, of which registration was refused for non-removal of office objections. 2.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the petitioner is ready to remove the office objections so that petition is restored and heard on merits. The application is filed within time. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the application is allowed. The order dated 21st April 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing the registration of the writ petition is quashed and set aside.

The applicant-petitioner is directed to remove the office objections within two weeks.
