The appeal is admitted by this Court on 03-12-2014.

According to the appellant, he is in possession of the suit land. The respondents have not controverted the contentions of the appellant, in the application. During the pendency of the appeal, there shall be interim stay of execution of the decree for possession on the condition that the appellant shall deposit Rs.25,000/- with the Registry of this Court within two months. If the amount is deposited within stipulated time, it shall be kept in fixed deposit in a nationalised bank. If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to the Court. The application is allowed in the above terms.

The application praying for directions to the Collector to compute proper stamp duty shall be considered at the time of final hearing of the appeal. Second Appeal No.374 of 2012.

The appellant shall file private paper-book and decree form within six months.
