By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction against the respondent no.3 to grant approval to her appointment as a special teacher, in view of the government resolution of the year 2004.

Shri Shinde, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that though by this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction against the respondent no.3 to grant approval to her appointment, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed at this stage, if this Court directs the respondent no.3 to decide the proposal of the petitioner, within a time frame.

Since the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner is not decided as yet, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.3 to decide the proposal of the petitioner as early as possible and positively within three months.

Order accordingly. No costs.
