Counsel for the applicants was absent on 7.9.2017. Learned counsel for the Intervenor and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State were present. In spite of nonappearance on behalf of the applicants, one week's time was granted by way of last chance. In spite of time granted by this Court on 7.9.2017, the amendment is not carried, as per the office note.

In the morning session, when the matter was called out, the applicants and their counsel were absent. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel for the intervenor were present. No request to adjourn or pass over the matter was made.
