DATED : 24 FEBRUARY 2022 P.C. :- This Petition is filed questioning promotion granted to Respondent No.3 and for a direction to set aside the order of punishment imposed upon the Petitioner withholding the cumulative increments and further directions such as corrections in the confidential reports of the Petitioner.

None for the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Respondents states that by order dated 24 February 2012 the Petitioner has been permitted to take voluntary retirement and has been paid all his

The learned counsel for the Respondents also states that as regards the challenge to promotion of Respondent No.5, the same is deleted and as regards the Respondent No.3 is concerned, the Respondent No.3 is also retired on superannuation during pendency of this Petition. This is perhaps the reason that none appears for the Petitioner.
