DATED : 14/07/2022 Civil Application (CAW) Nos. 1444/2022, 1445/2022 and 1446/2022By these applications, the applicant prayed that the delay in bringing on record the names of the legal heirs of the original petitioner be condoned and they be permitted to prosecute Writ Petition No. 6521/2006. The reasons for delay are mentioned in the application. Though the prayer is opposed by the learned Counsel for the non-applicant, considering the fact that the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution on 20.02.2020 after which the sole petitioner expired, the civil applications are allowed. Delay in bringing on record the names of the legal heirs is condoned. The abatement is set aside. The applicants are permitted to be brought on record as legal heirs of the petitioner. Amendment to the cause title be carried out forthwith.

The civil applications are disposed of.
