Heard Shri S.S. Paliwal, learned counsel for the applicants. His only grievance is that by virtue of the order sought to be reviewed, there is a possibility of affecting the right of the applicants, who are the original petitioners, to challenge the appointment of the respondent No.2.

A careful perusal of the order sought to be reviewed would show that nowhere in the order, this Court has observed that the petitioners, who are the applicants here, would not have any right to question the appointment of the respondent No.2. That means, the order in question would not come in the way of the petitioners/applicants in questioning the appointment of the respondent No.2, if they wish to do so.

Thus, there is no need to issue any notice to the respondents. 4.
