None appears for the petitioner and the respondents, either.

The challenge is to suspension order dated 17.7.1998 issued by a Private Urdu Educational Institute. The suspension was ordered pending departmental enquriy.

This Court has issued Rule in the matter on 28.9.1998 and no interim orders have been passed. Though respondent Nos.1 and 2 served on merits, there is no appearance for them.

The petition has also not been amended thereafter pointing out either completion of the departmental enquiry or its non-completion. The orders passed after departmental enquiry can be questioned before the appropriate forum as per law. If the suspension pending enquiry is .....2/-

wp2869.98 illegal, that illegality can also be looked into in that forum.

As such, we find that by passage of time, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
