Shri Digvijay Singh, learned counsel submits that the appellant is reported to be dead and his death certificate is already placed on record. He further submitted that he attempted to contact the legal representatives of the deceased appellant but however none come forward. 2.
It appears that the legal representatives of the deceased appellant are not interested to proceed with the appeal. As appellant is reported to be dead, the appeal is disposed of as abated.
