ORDER

i) We direct the petitioners to appear before Executive Officer of respondent No. 4 - Nagar Panchayat, Bahadura, District Nagpur with copy of the present petition and directions therein on 29.1.2024.

ii) We direct the said authority to take decision by treating the petition as representation of the petitioners within a period of six weeks thereafter.
