DATED :- 27/01/2021 The grievance of the petitioners is that by order dated 04/11/2019, passed in Writ Petition No.4998 of 2017, the respondent was directed to give Senior Grade Pay Scale to the petitioners after completion of twelve years of continuous service. The said exercise was to be completed within a period of three months from the date of the order. This order is not complied with.

The respondent has filed an affidavit contending that necessary steps are taken in accordance with the said order. A proposal for granting Senior Grade Pay Scale to the petitioners containing the dates on which the petitioners have completed twelve years of service as well as the dates on which the petitioners have retired is

Since the respondent has taken steps in compliance with the order, the order passed in the writ petition is complied with. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
