DATED : 12/08/2021 By order dated 09th October, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 762/2019, this Court has directed the Joint Director of Higher Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to grant benefits of the Career Advancement Scheme to the petitioner as per Government Resolution dated 27.06.2013. These benefits were to be granted from 30.11.1992.

By the affidavit filed by the respondent, it is clear that the directions as issued, have been carried out. The petitioner has received an amount of Rs.98,49,105/-. 3.

Since, the order has been complied with, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
