This Court passed the following order on 7-3-2018 " Heard.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the order of the learned Magistrate is not complied with, even this Court's order dated 14-9-2017 is not complied with.

4. If the entire arrears as directed by the learned Magistrate are not paid within a week, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to Court". 2.

Concededly, despite the categorical direction in paragraph-4 that the entire arrears as directed by the learned Magistrate shall be paid within a week, the petitioner has deposited only Rs. 10,000/- on 13-3-2018.

It is not disputed, that the entire arrears as per the order of the trial Court are not deposited, although, this Court directed that if the entire arrears are not deposited, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.

Criminal Writ Petition 487 of 2017 is dismissed. RKN JUDGE
