DATED : 12/08/2021 By order dated 01st October, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 2735/2019, this Court has directed the Joint Director of Higher Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to grant benefits of the Career Advancement Scheme to the petitioner as per Government Resolution dated 27.06.2013. These benefits were to be granted from 06.09.1993.

By the affidavit filed by the respondent, it is clear that the directions as issued, have been carried out. The petitioner has received an amount of Rs.90,99,711/-. 3.

According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner since, the petitioner has retired, he is entitled to SMGate

9cp 166.2020.odt receive pensionary benefits in accordance with the revised salary. The directions, in the order passed in Writ Petition No. 2735/2019, pertain to benefits as per Government Resolution 27.06.2013, which the petitioner has received. It is open for the petitioner to pursue the aspect with regard to pensionary benefits in accordance with law. Since, the order has been complied with, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
