The grievance of the petitioner is that she was married with the respondent No.7 on 28-4-2012. During subsistence of the said marriage, the respondent No.7 contracted another marriage, thus giving rise to the dispute. The respondent No.7 is serving as Sepoy under the respondent No.5- General Commanding Officer. The petitioner seeks action to be taken in accordance with Paragraph 333(c) of the Regulations for the Army - 1987. In that connection, pursuant to the steps taken by the petitioner, the communication dated 1-6-2021 has been forwarded by the Welfare Officer to the HQ Eastern Command. It appears that thereafter there has not been much progress in the matter. 3.

In the aforesaid facts, the respondent No.5 is directed to take further steps in accordance with the communication dated 1-6-2021 that has been issued by the Welfare Officer to the HQ Eastern Command. Such steps in accordance with law be taken expeditiously and the same be communicated to the petitioner. 4.
