This is an application for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 20/01/2021 passed by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No.25/2015. 3.

On depositing the amount of compensation along with accrued interest within 10 weeks, the implementation, operation and execution be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
