DATED : 08-08-2025 The applicants have filed this application to correct the middle name of the applicants as 'Balkrishna' instead of 'Balkrushna' in the Judgment dated 23/09/2024 in First Appeal No.795/2019 as the respondents have raised objection regarding spelling of the middle name of both the applicants for which the learned Advocate for the respondents has given no objection as she does not dispute the identity of the applicants. 2.
Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as the fact that the applicants are the same and only the spelling of their middle name is incorrectly mentioned in the Aadhar card as stated above, in my view, the same could be corrected as under :
The middle name of the applicants shall be corrected as 'Balkrushna' @ 'Balkrishna' in the judgment dated 23/09/2024 in First Appeal No.795/2019, and re-upload the same on the website.
