2] The non-compliance of the order dated 01/10/2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1049/2018 is alleged in this Contempt Petition. Vide the said order, the petitioner was granted liberty to file comprehensive application within two weeks from the date of passing of that order. Further direction was issued to the respondent to consider the same, if it was so submitted, and take necessary decision in the matter in accordance with law. 3] Shri Kadukar, learned A.G.P., submits that a decision has already been taken in the matter on 13/12/2019.

13CP 119.2021 4] On this, Shri Shende, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that neither he nor the petitioner received the copy of the order.

5] Accordingly, we direct Shri Kadukar, learned A.G.P., to furnish a copy of the aforesaid order to the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of one week from today.

6] As the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant Contempt Petition. The same stands disposed of accordingly.
